Day-01: Ahmedabad to Delhi (Self Travel) | Delhi to Manali by Overnight Volvo
Travellers must arrange their journey from Ahmedabad to Delhi independently by flight or train.
Services: Volvo Only. Board the overnight Volvo from the confirmed pick-up point in Delhi. Guests must report at the scheduled time. Travel overnight by Volvo and arrive in Manali the following morning.
Manali offers peaceful surroundings for leisure travellers, inspiration for artists and seasonal activities for adventure seekers. As you approach Manali, the fresh mountain air and scenic Himalayan landscapes create a refreshing holiday experience.
Day-02: Manali Arrival + Local Sightseeing + Market Walk
Arrive in Manali in the morning and transfer to the hotel. After some rest and freshening up, proceed for local Manali sightseeing, subject to the hotel’s check-in policy and room availability. Begin the sightseeing tour with Hadimba Temple, built in 1553 with a superbly crafted pagoda roof; it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. Visit the Club House, which offers selected indoor games and recreational facilities.
Continue to the Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, Manu Temple, Jogini Waterfall and Vashisht Temple, which is known for its natural hot springs. The final sightseeing schedule will depend on available time, traffic and local conditions.
In the evening, visit Mall Road for shopping, local food and a leisurely walk. After exploring Mall Road, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day -03: Solang Valley + Atal Tunnel + Sissu & Delhi Return
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for sightseeing at Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, Nehru Kund, Kothi Village, Him Valley and Sissu. Sightseeing at Atal Tunnel and Sissu is subject to weather, road conditions and local access restrictions.
At Solang Valley, travellers may enjoy optional activities such as paragliding, ropeway rides, zorbing, snow scooters, skiing, horse riding and a short trek to “Anjani Mahadev”. All activities are separately chargeable and subject to weather, seasonal availability, local safety conditions and operational feasibility.
The final sightseeing route will depend on available time, weather, traffic and local access conditions.
After sightseeing, return to the hotel and collect your luggage. Transfer to Manali Volvo Bus Stand will be provided. Board the confirmed evening Volvo for an overnight journey to Delhi.
Day-04: Arrive in Delhi | Onward Journey to Ahmedabad
Arrive in Delhi in the morning. Travellers must arrange their onward flight or train journey from Delhi to Ahmedabad independently.

Our Ahmedabad to Manali tour package provides convenient transport, accommodation and sightseeing arrangements. The package combines Volvo travel, comfortable accommodation and planned sightseeing. The package is suitable for families, couples, friends, and groups. Our itinerary covers three nights and four days. There will be one night in Manali, and two nights of transfers. Travellers must arrange their journey from Ahmedabad to Delhi independently before boarding the overnight Volvo to Manali. Thereafter, our Volvo service proceeds to Manali.

Upon arrival, visitors will be able to visit the most popular sites in Manali. There are also scenic places to visit in the itinerary of Solang Valley and other surrounding areas. Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Payment Policy
- Himachal tour bookings require a 50% advance deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival.
- Packages for destinations outside Himachal require a 75% advance payment, particularly when premium-category hotels are selected. The outstanding 25% must be cleared on the first day of the tour.
- Full payment at the time of booking may be required for 4-star and 5-star hotels, international holidays, Andaman and Nicobar packages, railway tickets and flight reservations.
Terms & Conditions
General Terms:
- Journey Of Himalaya offers customised tour arrangements based on traveller requirements. Fixed-departure tours follow predetermined dates and itineraries and may not be modified.
- Requests for additions, alterations or special arrangements must be submitted to Journey Of Himalaya in writing.
- Only the services specified in the confirmed booking voucher will form part of the package.
- Hotel arrival and departure times are determined by the respective property and remain subject to room availability.
- Standard-category rooms will be allocated unless a different room category has been confirmed in writing.
- Meals, transportation and sightseeing will be provided according to the timings stated in the confirmed itinerary.
- Flight and train operations, sightseeing visits and adventure activities depend on weather, local conditions and operational feasibility.
- Complimentary facilities cannot be transferred, exchanged, adjusted against other services or redeemed for cash.
- No refund or compensation will be issued for any confirmed service that the traveller chooses not to use.
- Journey Of Himalaya will not be liable for delays, interruptions or changes caused by traffic, severe weather, strikes, natural disasters or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- Service-related complaints must be sent in writing within seven days after the tour concludes. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.
Required Travel Documents:
- A valid government-issued photo identity document.
- The booking confirmation voucher provided by Journey Of Himalaya.
- Confirmed flight or railway tickets, permits, passport and visa wherever required.
- Participants may need to sign an indemnity or consent form before undertaking certain adventure activities.
Amendment Policy: Preponement or Postponement
- Requests to advance or postpone travel dates must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled departure.
- Approval of revised dates depends on availability and payment of any applicable seasonal fare difference.
- A postponed tour package can be used within 12 months from its original booking date.
- A confirmed booking may be transferred to a family member or friend, subject to applicable supplier conditions and Journey Of Himalaya’s approval.
