Day-01: Mumbai to Delhi – Overnight Volvo Travel
Volvo service: Your adventure starts in a late-night ride from Mumbai to Delhi on a Volvo coach. The overnight ride is also about 12-14 hours, made to be comfortable with reclining seats and a comfortable ride.
The terrain slowly changes as you head to the mountains to greener landscapes. The Himalayan side, which is just ahead, will introduce clean air and refreshing scenery that will begin to establish the mood of your Manali getaway.
Day-02: Welcome in Manali – Local Sightseeing
Arrive in Manali in the morning, and go to the Volvo stand and meet your representative. Check-in will be arranged at approximately 11:00 AM. Then have a rest, and then go on a local guided tour.
See the ancient Hadimba Temple, which is a structure made of old wood and then visit the vibrant Club House, where there are indoor games and recreation. Onward to Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, Manu Temple, Jogini Waterfall, and Vashisht Temple, which has natural hot water springs.
Shop and visit cafes in the evening, take a stroll along Mall Road and later visit the hotel where one can have dinner and stay overnight.
Day-03: Manali – Kullu – Manikaran – Kasol
Have breakfast, and proceed to “Manikaran Sahib”, the seat of the sacred hot baths and other religious atmosphere. Go to the Gurudwara and experience the naturally heated water which is thought to have some curative power.
Next, go to the crowded market of Kasol, Shiv Temple, Flea Market and breathtaking spans of Parvati valley. Further on to Kullu, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu Market, Rabbit Farm, and the Handicrafts and Shawl Factory. Adventure travelers can have fun with river rafting (availability). Go back to Manali in the evening, have dinner and stay over.
Day-04: Solang Valley – Atal Tunnel – Nearby Attractions
After breakfast, leave for Solang Valley, which is an adventure tourism destination where you can enjoy zorbing, snow scooters, paragliding, horse riding, and skiing. You can also choose the short walk to “Anjani Mahadev”.
Proceed with the trip along the popular “Atal Tunnel” to Sissu and include Kothi Village, Nehru Kund, Him Valley, and Gulaba. Weather and permit permitting, head towards Rohtang Pass to enjoy snow-white scenery and finally get back to Manali and stay overnight.
Please Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only a limited number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass per day. Rohtang Pass will be subject to the availability of a permit on the spot with additional cost on a sharing basis or individual basis as per guest requirement, & Rohtang is closed every Tuesday.
Day-05: Snow Drive on Rohtang Route – Gulaba, Marhi and Waterfall Point
Depending on the road and weather conditions, start early in order to have a scenic drive along the Rohtang route. Move along twisting mountain tracks with the deodar trees and the sightseeing points.
The first stop is at Gulaba to have snow scenery and photography. Go to Marhi, a common refreshment shop where you may have tea and local snacks. During the journey back, take a short stop at a scenic point of waterfall to take pictures and take a little break. In the evening, visit Manali again and spend time in your hotel or go around the markets.
In case Rohtang is not open, the tour will proceed to Gulaba/Marhi, where there will be the best snow experience that could be offered.
Day-06: Manali to Delhi- Departure
Check out by 11: 00 AM after breakfast. You can spend some free time shopping on Mall Road or exploring the local surroundings on your own. In the evening, walk over to Manali bus stand and then board the Volvo AC coach at approximately 6:00 PM and have your overnight ride back to Delhi.
You can also make optional customization services that are offered in the package.
Day-07: Arrival in Delhi
Reach Delhi early morning at about 8: 00-9: 00 AM. That is where your unforgettable Himalayan experience stops, and you are offered a renewed experience and splendid mountain times.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Payment Policy
- Himachal tour bookings require a 50% advance deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival.
- Packages for destinations outside Himachal require a 75% advance payment, particularly when premium-category hotels are selected. The outstanding 25% must be cleared on the first day of the tour.
- Full payment at the time of booking may be required for 4-star and 5-star hotels, international holidays, Andaman and Nicobar packages, railway tickets and flight reservations.

- Journey Of Himalaya offers customised tour arrangements based on traveller requirements. Fixed-departure tours follow predetermined dates and itineraries and may not be modified.
- Requests for additions, alterations or special arrangements must be submitted to Journey Of Himalaya in writing.
- Only the services specified in the confirmed booking voucher will form part of the package.
- Hotel arrival and departure times are determined by the respective property and remain subject to room availability.
- Standard-category rooms will be allocated unless a different room category has been confirmed in writing.
- Meals, transportation and sightseeing will be provided according to the timings stated in the confirmed itinerary.
- Flight and train operations, sightseeing visits and adventure activities depend on weather, local conditions and operational feasibility.
- Complimentary facilities cannot be transferred, exchanged, adjusted against other services or redeemed for cash.
- No refund or compensation will be issued for any confirmed service that the traveller chooses not to use.
- Journey Of Himalaya will not be liable for delays, interruptions or changes caused by traffic, severe weather, strikes, natural disasters or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- Service-related complaints must be sent in writing within seven days after the tour concludes. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

- A valid government-issued photo identity document.
- The booking confirmation voucher provided by Journey Of Himalaya.
- Confirmed flight or railway tickets, permits, passport and visa wherever required.
- Participants may need to sign an indemnity or consent form before undertaking certain adventure activities.
Amendment Policy: Preponement or Postponement
- Requests to advance or postpone travel dates must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled departure.
- Approval of revised dates depends on availability and payment of any applicable seasonal fare difference.
- A postponed tour package can be used within 12 months from its original booking date.
- A confirmed booking may be transferred to a family member or friend, subject to applicable supplier conditions and Journey Of Himalaya’s approval.
