    Day-01): Chandigarh — Shimla

In the evening visit the famous Shimla “Mall Road”.Back to Hotel followed by delicious dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day-02): Shimla — Sarahan

    After, your morning delicious breakfast drives towards Sarahan enroot to visit “Kufri”, “Sun Temple” at Nirath and Rampur. On arrival check in to the hotel fresh up. In the evening visit Bhimakali temple which is one of the “51 Shakti Peethas” of the Hindu religion. Drive back to the hotel followed by dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day-03): Sarahan — Sangla

    Today, after your morning breakfast, drive towards “Sangla valley”.On arrival check in to the hotel, visit remote villages of “Rackcham” and enjoy the natural beauty of the village and the people of the village. Head back to Hotel rest and followed by dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day-04): Sangla — Chitkul

    Today, after your morning breakfast, the day is free for an excursion to “Chitkul”, the last village on the “Indo-Chinese border”. Head back to Hotel rest and followed by dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day-05): Sangla — Kalpa

    Today, after your morning breakfast, pay a visit to “Kamru Village” and “fort” and later continue your drive to Kalpa which is located in the backdrop of the “Kinner Kailash” mountain ranges. On arrival at Kalpa check in to the hotel rest and evening is free to explore “Kalpa village”. Head back to Hotel rest and followed by dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day-06): Kalpa — Local–Sightseeing

    After, your morning breakfast pays a visit to the wonderful “Apple Gardens” and “Surrounding villages”. Head back to Hotel rest and followed by dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day-07): Kalpa — Tabo

    After, your delicious breakfast drives towards “Tabo” enroot and visit the beautiful “Nako village” which is located at the banks of a small lake. On arrival check in to the hotel fresh up and enjoy your delicious dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day-08): Tabo — Kaza

    Today, after your morning breakfast, pay a visit to the famous “Tabo monastery”, after your visit head towards Kaza enroot visit “Lalung” and “Dhankar Gompa”. On reaching Kaza check in to the hotel followed by dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in leisure.

    Day-09): Kaza — Local-Sightseeing

    Today, after your morning breakfast, pay a visit to Amazing “Ki Monastery” which is located at a distance of 12 km away from “Kaza”. This centuries-old monastery is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable “Thangka” and offers a panoramic view of the area. Also visit the small Gompa at “Kibber”, 9 km further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m has the distinction of being the highest permanently inhabited village of the region back to the hotel followed by dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in leisure.

    Day-10): Kaza — Manali

    Today, after your breakfast check out from the hotel and drive towards Manali crossing “Losar village” and cross two famous and wonderful passes “Kunzum” and “Rohtang pass”. On arrival to Manali after a long journey check in to the hotel fresh up and enjoy your delicious dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day-11): Manali — Local-Sightseeing

    Morning, after breakfast, visit local sightseeing of Manali:- “HADIMBA TEMPLE” built-in 1553 with a superbly crafted pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. “CLUBHOUSE” with comprehensive facilities that include roller skating, an auditorium, billiards room, a library, a bar, and a restaurant makes a wonderful outing for the day. “Tibetan Monastery”, “Van-Vihar”, “Manu Temple” and “Vashisht Temple” are well known for their hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the Saga Vashist and Lord Rama. Evening visit the famous “Mall Road”. Overnight stay at a hotel in Manali.

    Day-12): Manali — Changigarh

    Cancellation Policy

    No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
    • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the Advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

    Payment Policy

    • Himachal tour bookings require a 50% advance deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival.
    • Packages for destinations outside Himachal require a 75% advance payment, particularly when premium-category hotels are selected. The outstanding 25% must be cleared on the first day of the tour.
    • Full payment at the time of booking may be required for 4-star and 5-star hotels, international holidays, Andaman and Nicobar packages, railway tickets and flight reservations.

    Terms & Conditions

    General Terms:

    • Journey Of Himalaya offers customised tour arrangements based on traveller requirements. Fixed-departure tours follow predetermined dates and itineraries and may not be modified.
    • Requests for additions, alterations or special arrangements must be submitted to Journey Of Himalaya in writing.
    • Only the services specified in the confirmed booking voucher will form part of the package.
    • Hotel arrival and departure times are determined by the respective property and remain subject to room availability.
    • Standard-category rooms will be allocated unless a different room category has been confirmed in writing.
    • Meals, transportation and sightseeing will be provided according to the timings stated in the confirmed itinerary.
    • Flight and train operations, sightseeing visits and adventure activities depend on weather, local conditions and operational feasibility.
    • Complimentary facilities cannot be transferred, exchanged, adjusted against other services or redeemed for cash.
    • No refund or compensation will be issued for any confirmed service that the traveller chooses not to use.
    • Journey Of Himalaya will not be liable for delays, interruptions or changes caused by traffic, severe weather, strikes, natural disasters or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    • Service-related complaints must be sent in writing within seven days after the tour concludes. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

    Required Travel Documents:

    • A valid government-issued photo identity document.
    • The booking confirmation voucher provided by Journey Of Himalaya.
    • Confirmed flight or railway tickets, permits, passport and visa wherever required.
    • Participants may need to sign an indemnity or consent form before undertaking certain adventure activities.

    Amendment Policy: Preponement or Postponement

    • Requests to advance or postpone travel dates must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled departure.
    • Approval of revised dates depends on availability and payment of any applicable seasonal fare difference.
    • A postponed tour package can be used within 12 months from its original booking date.
    • A confirmed booking may be transferred to a family member or friend, subject to applicable supplier conditions and Journey Of Himalaya’s approval.
