* The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Government ID.

* Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings.

* Management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.

* The Air Conditioner will be switched off during hill driving.

* During sightseeing or visits to certain monuments, vehicles can go up to a designated point. Post which tourists have to either walk or hire, approved vehicle basis in such areas on direct payment.

* Visit to Rohtang Pass will be on a direct payment basis and is subject to government permits & weather conditions.

* If you are going on any sightseeing tour and the weather is not good or the police are not letting you go, then you will have to cancel the sightseeing of that place.

* Vehicle will be provided as mentioned in the itinerary and not at personal disposal.

* If the vehicle has run additional kilometres apart from the designed itinerary, please make the payment directly to the driver/ Car vendor.

*  You go for personal work instead of touring, you will have to pay an extra amount.

* The driver needs to follow the speed guideline; please don’t ask him to drive fast.

* Do not rely on online maps to get an estimation of your travel time; it may differ due to bad roads, uphill drives, traffic congestion, etc.

* Please, sir, if you have a problem of vomiting, then please sit near the window; otherwise, if you do it inside the car, then you will have to clean it.
