Sissu is one of the most beautiful off-beat places in Himachal. Located right at the beginning of Lahaul, only 40 km from Manali on the Manali-Leh highway. Sissu works as a gateway to the three famous regions of the Indian Himalayas- Ladakh, Spiti, and Lahaul. At an altitude of about 3200 m, and only 6 km away from the North end of the recently opened Atal Tunnel, the village attracts tourists all year long.
